I can't believe it took me this long to rediscover drawing! I opened one of my sketchbooks the other day, and found an abandoned star wars picture. And it was so bizzare- About 6 months ago i abandoned the project temporarily (50% not sure what direction to go with it, 50% short attention span). But when I opened it back up, and after having taken an extracurricular art course finally, it bothered me so much to see it the way it was- half finished, no background, no feeling! And worst of all, no shading!!!
In any case, after going for about 2 months solid without so much as a doodle, I couldn't wait to try some ideas out with it. And then BAM!!! I realized that i'd been missing out on one of my favorite hobbies!
For the last couple days i've been working on it a little bit at a time, but its such a cool feeling- going back to an old project and breathing new life into it!!

The other thing i need to learn how to do now is sword-fight. Then i'll be totally satisfied with my life.
